Returns 

We are sorry but Boobook Ceramic Studio doesn't except returns on shop items.

Damaged items

I try hard to ensure all ceramic work is carefully and safely packaged before sending out. I double box and add secure packaging between them. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If the box is damaged on arrival, please take a photograph before opening the box to show the outer damage. Proof of damage to the shipping box, packaging and item will need to be provided with photographs within 48 hours from delivery.
